The main exhibit hall encompasses nearly 200,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space that can be divided into three separate halls.  Each hall has its own entrances, ticket offices, and coat check in addition to drive-onto-floor access and connections for electric, telecommunications, air, water, gas, and drainage.

The loading docks are also located on Level 1.  With 11 high bays and 6 low bays, our docks can accommodate everything from tractor trailers to vans, pick-up trucks, and cars.  Our largest entry door is 20' by 24' and with 17 bays, there is plenty of room for a truck to stay here overnight.  There is a freight elevator conveniently located in the dock area with a capacity of 20,000 lbs. and the capability to reach each floor of the convention center.

Meeting Rooms:  Level 2

North Meeting Rooms 200-213

Level 2 of the Duke Energy Convention Center features 31 deluxe meeting rooms with the flexibility to accommodate groups of 24 to 4,100.  Each room has full telecommunications connectivity with individually controlled sound and lighting that welcomes creative event plans.  Level 2 is also the place to go for optional exhibit hall overlook and connections to Cincinnati’s Skywalk system that links the Duke Energy Convention Center to surrounding hotels and parking garages.

The nearly 40,000 square foot Grand Ballroom is the largest in downtown Cincinnati and one of the largest in the Midwest.  This spectacular room can be used for large meal functions, general session meetings, and a variety of other events.  For smaller events, there is the 17,000 square foot Junior Ballroom, which can be divided into 4 separate rooms to provide for large meeting rooms.  Both ballrooms have plenty of pre-function space with breathtaking views of the Cincinnati skyline and the hills of Northern Kentucky. 

The full service kitchen, also located on Level 3, makes it possible for to serve 5,000 meals in one sitting.
