Global Spectrum's Customer Service Philosophy
Global Spectrum wants every visitor’s first impression , last impression and every impression in between to be a positive one. To facilitate this process, we have developed and activated a program, “How You Doin’?”, to allow you to tell us how we are doing.
How Do We Activate Customer Service? The “How You Doin’?” customer service program challenges employees to uphold 10 principles that we believe (and USA Today agrees) to be the driving force behind a best-in-class service level for our customers. See our Top 10 Principles below.
As our customer (albeit event planners, exhibitors and attendees), you may be selected or you can request to be empowered with “How You Doin’?” accomplishment cards by Global Spectrum management. Cards are distributed continuously and at random to clients and employees. When you see someone go above and beyond to deliver one of the 10 priciples and/or outstanding customer service, you distribute one of your cards to that employee. Employees fill-out, return the cards, and are acknowledged for excellence through a recognition and rewards program.
